To commemorate the upcoming 100th anniversary of the ending of World War I, Wartburg College humanities and social work faculty are partnering with the Waverly Area Veterans Post for a film discussion series. All area veterans and their families are invited to view the films and discuss their reactions with supportive Wartburg faculty and students. Three films will be shown weekly at 7 PM in the WAVP Patriots Hall at 1300 Fourth St. NW.

Update 12/21/16: The NE IA Marine Corps League Auxiliary and Marine Corps League would like to thank RADA Manufacturing for their generous gift to our organization of 100 steak knives. We will be donating these to the Waverly Area Veterans Post kitchen. It is a very special and welcome gift. Thank you Phil Jones and RADA Manufacturing.
